MUSTTBUY Return Policy

• Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items: Report within 30 days with photo/video proof for a full refund or replacement.
• Delivered Orders: No refunds if tracking confirms delivery. A non-delivery certification is required for disputes.
• Order Delays: Refunds or replacements are available for orders delayed beyond 60 days (45 days for the U.S., 110 days for Brazil).
• Cancellations: Full refund if canceled before shipping. Preorders and print-on-demand items are non-cancelable.
• Returns: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at the buyer’s expense unless defective. Some items, including lingerie, jewelry, and electronics, have specific return conditions.
• Refunds: Processed within 7 business days upon approval. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
