• Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
• Handmade items may take up to 2 weeks to produce so we can ensure quality.
• If an item is out of stock, we'll email you with the best available alternative.

2. Delivery time & cost

• Free standard shipping on all orders over $59.99 USD. Orders below that show a flat shipping rate at checkout.
• Standard delivery typically takes 6–20 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
• Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
• Delivery times can vary due to destination, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.

3. Tracking You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it all the way to your door.

4. Customs, duties & taxes

• International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are not included in your order total.
• All orders ship duty unpaid any customs fees are the customer's responsibility at delivery.
• If a parcel is returned or refused due to unpaid duties, the customer is responsible for return shipping and related charges.
• Customs rules prevent us from labelling items as gifts or changing declared values.
